- Senior Secondary (Class 12) with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
- Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and passed/appearing in the final year of a 2-year D.El.Ed., as per NCTE regulations.
- Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
